Program Description: When you call Eisrael Tile and Stone and provide your mobile phone number, you may agree to receive text messages (SMS) from us related to your free estimate or project. These are service messages such as appointment confirmations and day-before reminders, and occasional notifications about your request. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

Message Frequency: Message frequency is low — typically one confirmation and one reminder per scheduled appointment. Frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Eisrael Tile and Stone does not charge for these text messages.

How to Opt In: You opt in by calling our business phone number and providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages about your estimate or appointment. We do not purchase, rent, or upload phone numbers from third-party lists.

How to Opt Out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no longer send text messages to you.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
